Andrew Dolberg

Strategic Partner

Andrew Dolberg is a political tactician, education professional, advocate, and public servant who brings years of strategic experience to the MDW team.

Prior to joining MDW as Strategic Partner, Andrew was Director of Outreach for Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Shultz (FL-23), where he acted as an advisor and maximized engagement with constituents, elected leaders, community groups, and other organizations. He also led pandemic education and communication programs to keep people safe, help businesses access necessary funds, and combat vaccine hesitancy.

Andrew was the Florida Jewish Vote Director for the Biden Presidential Campaign. He designed and executed one of the most comprehensive Jewish outreach programs in campaign history, contributing to 77% of Jewish voters supporting President Biden’s candidacy.

Before working as a political operative, Andrew started an education resources company called Champion Briefs focused on improving speech and debate education for high school students. As CEO, Andrew has provided classroom tools and textbooks to thousands of schools and tens of thousands of students to improve their critical thinking, research, argumentation, and public speaking skills.

Along with serving as an advisor to many elected officials and political organizations, Andrew serves as a board member for the Voter Participation Project, Vice Chair of the City of Plantation’s Education Advisory Board, and Programs Director for the Broward Jewish Democratic Caucus.

Andrew lives outside of Fort Lauderdale, FL with his dog Bella.
