Aaron Monse

Director of Web Development

A native New Yorker and long-time Floridian, Aaron Monse is a web developer and graphic designer with a passion for progressive politics.

Before entering politics, Aaron worked as an independent consultant helping small businesses in South Florida grow their content marketing platforms through digital and social media. Since joining MDW in 2017, Aaron has led web development on dozens of campaigns for offices at every level of government, including for Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniella Levine Cava and State Senator Shevrin Jones’ historic 2020 victories. He has been recognized for excellence in campaign web development by both the American Association of Political Consultants (AAPC) and Campaigns & Elections a combined total of five times since 2019.

Prior to joining MDW, Aaron founded Activated Media, a design firm for progressive political campaigns. Additionally, he served as the Digital Subcommittee Chair of the Democratic Progressive Caucus of Florida. A lifelong Golden Retriever enthusiast, Aaron volunteers in his spare time with Everglades Golden Retriever Rescue, a South Florida-based non-profit that provides veterinary care and rehoming for Golden Retrievers in need.

He lives in Fort Lauderdale, Florida with his golden retriever, Jupiter.
