Michael Worley

Michael Worley

President & Founder

Michael Worley is a nationally recognized political strategist with over a decade of experience helping progressive campaigns and causes win.

The recipient of over a dozen industry awards for excellence in political media, Michael has successfully advised some of Florida’s most competitive campaigns since 2014, including Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniella Levine Cava and State Senator Shevrin Jones’ history making victories in 2020.

Landon St. Gordon

Vice President of Creative

Landon’s has a passion for getting progressive and LGBTQ candidates elected up and down the ballot through strategic branding and design. 

Since joining MDW Communications, Landon has been a part of over 100 winning campaigns and has designed hundreds of pieces of mail. He is the recipient of four American Association of Political Consultants Pollie Awards, three Campaign and Elections Reed Awards, and was recognized as Orlando Business Journal’s 40 under 40 in 2021.

Martin Page

Vice President of Strategy

Originally from Massachusetts, Martin Page has worked as a digital strategist, speechwriter, and organizer for campaigns across the United States.

At MDW, Martin has led email fundraising efforts for Miami-Dade Mayor Daniella Levine Cava’s historic victory, Nikki Fried’s campaign for governor, and numerous high-profile state legislative and municipal races. In addition to winning national recognition for Levine Cava’s email program, he was named to Florida Politics’ “30 Under 30 Rising Stars” and recognized by InsiderNJ for his work in New Jersey’s LGBTQ+ community. 

Shannen Bazzi

Vice President

Shannen Bazzi is a native Orlandoan and has had a passion for politics since her teen years. She is committed to helping promote progress in the state of Florida.

Prior to joining MDW, she spent the three years working in Washington, DC as Chief of Staff for a domestic economic policy consulting and advocacy firm. She directed the legislative agenda for the firm and coordinated their endorsement program for Federal House and Senate candidates during the 2018 and 2020 election cycles.

Scott Kosanovich

Vice President

With more than a decade of experience, Scott Kosanovich has emerged as a go-to member for political campaigns and causes.

His tenure has been marked by significant leadership roles, from Presidential all the way down ballot, demonstrating his expertise in managing high-stakes political campaigns. His strategic insights and deep understanding of political dynamics have consistently yielded impactful results.

Aaron Monse

Director of Web Development

A native New Yorker and long-time Floridian, Aaron Monse is a web developer and graphic designer with a passion for progressive politics.

Since joining MDW in 2017, Aaron has led web development on dozens of campaigns for offices at every level of government. He has been recognized for excellence in campaign web development by both the American Association of Political Consultants (AAPC) and Campaigns & Elections a combined total of five times since 2019.

Caitlin Lang

Senior Strategist

Caitlin is a born-and-raised Central Florida native, an experienced digital communications operative, and a writer.

Prior to joining MDW, Caitlin worked for several progressive organizations and on competitive political campaigns in crucial swing states where she worked to generate earned media coverage and cultivated extensive experience in producing impactful digital content.

Maureen Pearsall

Operations Manager

Originally from New Jersey, Maureen Pearsall is now proud to call Florida her home and serve on the MDW team.

Prior to joining MDW, Maureen spent over 20 years working as a linguist in multiple fields ranging from translation to foreign language education. She is excited to contribute her language abilities to handling Spanish edits at MDW, a leader in Spanish language media for Democratic campaigns.
