Michael Worley
Michael Worley is the President and Founder of MDW Communications. He has been a part of over 125 successful political campaigns and advocacy efforts across the United States. Under his leadership, MDW has won multiple Pollie Awards, Reed Awards, and the 2016 Best-of-the-Best Award from the United States Postal Service.
Before founding MDW, Michael served as the National Communications Director for the College Democrats of America (CDA), the student arm of the Democratic National Committee. He is a graduate of the American University School of Public Affairs in Washington, DC.

Landon St. Gordon
Landon St. Gordon is multimedia professional with a passion for reaching people through advertising and marketing. He’s an experienced graphic designer, well-versed in social media, and is constantly expanding his skill set in digital marketing mediums. In 2017, Landon was a Campaigns & Elections Reed Awards Finalist for his direct mail work.
Previously, Landon has worked with the University of Central Florida in its marketing and branding efforts, as well as the Orlando Shakespeare Theater, where he was responsible for all artistic print and digital collateral. Landon received his MBA from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida.

Aaron Monse
Aaron Monse, a New York native and long-time Floridian, is an experienced digital marketing strategist who began his career helping small businesses in South Florida build and expand their content marketing platforms through digital and social media. Today, he specializes in web development, branding, and graphic design for political campaigns, advocacy groups, and progressive causes.
Before joining MDW Communications, Aaron founded Activated Media, and has worked with a variety of Democratic candidates at the local, state, and federal levels. A dedicated progressive, He is a committee member and sub-committee chair in the Democratic Progressive Caucus of Florida, an official caucus of the Florida Democratic Party.

Martin Page
Martin Page has worked as a digital strategist, speechwriter, and organizer for campaigns across the United States. An experienced writer, he draws on his research and writing experience to help campaigns make compelling arguments to donors and voters. Before coming to MDW, Martin taught high school history, coached speech and debate, and helped run Champion Briefs, an educational resources company based in Ft. Lauderdale. He is a graduate of Princeton University with a degree in History.

Mitchel Worley
Mitchel Worley is an award winning videographer and photographer from Ft. Lauderdale, FL. He has lengthy experience in campaign photography, videography, and multi-media production for candidates and organizations at all levels of government.
He has worked with dozens of state legislators, mayors, judges, and county commissioners throughout the Southeastern United States. He also specializes in production for public affairs and issue/legislative advocacy initiatives.

Madison Worley
Madison Worley is an experienced digital specialist who has worked with a variety of progressive campaigns and causes at the local, county, and state level.
She leverages her specialized knowledge of content management systems, including NGP-VAN and WordPress, to help campaigns maintain their valuable data sets. Proficient in Javascript, HTML, and CSS, Madison works to help MDWCOMM clients succeed online.
